Learned advocate for the Bank submits that Debt Recovery Tribunal is hearing matters but on the basis of put up petition.

In such circumstances, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a put up petition before the Debt Recovery Tribunal for hearing of S.A 383 of 2019. Upon receipt of such put up petition, the Debt Recovery Tribunal Bench-III, Kolkata is requested to fix a date for hearing of S.A 383 of 2019.

WPA 12739 of 2021 is disposed of accordingly. Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
