The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside the order dated 12.03.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nadia at Krishnagar in Criminal Motion No.46 of 2018 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
