Considering the nature of relief prayed for, service is dispensed with.

On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the Original Suit No. 54 of 2014 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of this order.

Civil Revision is accordingly disposed of.

7. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
