Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that no steps have been taken by the police authorities in spite of the information furnished with the Inspector-in-Charge, Kulpi Police Station on or about 20.05.2025.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Kulpi P.S. Case no. 246/2025 dated 24.06.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Considering the facts that the primary grievance of the petitioner has been subserved further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 12181 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
