Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the de facto complainant was not at her matrimonial home when the incident is alleged to take place. He refers to various documents in support of such contention.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that the complaint is in respect of an incident of January 1, 2022. She refers to the materials in the case diary.

It is claimed by the petitioner that the de facto complainant was not in her matrimonial home since October 2021. There are materials in the case diary implicating the petitioners. The investigations are yet to be concluded. Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. CRM (A) 2972 of 2022 is dismissed.
