Page 27 of this revisional application encloses a birth certificate which is different from the original which has been sent pursuant to the order passed by this Court. The birth certificate, as reflected, is obtained by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah through the Executive Health Officer, Health/Borough III of Kolkata Municipal Corporation.

Having regard to the nature of the documents which have been enclosed along with the present revisional application, I am of the opinion that the enclosures do not inspire the confidence of this Court to adjudicate on the prayer so advanced.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1861 of 2023 is dismissed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

The original certificate which has been sent by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah be sent back in a sealed cover after a photostat copy of the same be

maintained along with the records of the case in a sealed cover.

Report so submitted by the learned Registrar General be kept on record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
