The Visva Bharati has set up a separate committee consisting of requisite members of the Executive Council to hear the case of the petitioner and the notice of hearing has been given to the petitioner. A questionnaire has also been forwarded to the petitioner for replying to the same. In view of the said submission, there is no further requirement of proceeding with the instant writ application. The writ application stands dismissed.

The time to conclude the hearing by Visva Bharati is extended by a period of six weeks hereof.

The instruction given by the Registrar (Acting), Visva Bharati to the learned advocate is retained with the records.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
