We have considered the materials on record. Statements of eye-witnesses implicate the petitioner. Incriminating materials have also been seized from him.

Under such circumstances and in view of the gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
