1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decree-holder praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 4th Court at Alipore to dispose of the Title Execution Case No.15 of 2018 expeditiously.

2. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to pass any direction to serve notice upon the opposite parties. However, learned advocate for the petitioner is obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite parties or the learned advocate representing the opposite parties before the learned Executing Court.

3. Mr. Mandal, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, submits that the opposite parties are not taking steps in Miscellaneous Case No.76 of 2018 and the same is pending from the year 2018. He submits that the copy of the miscellaneous case was served upon the petitioner only in the year 2022.

4. Since the miscellaneous case is pending, the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 4th Court at Alipore, is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the Misc. Case No.76 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the

parties. After disposal of all pending miscellaneous cases, the learned Executing Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the Title Execution Case No.15 of 2018 expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

5. CO 1928 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
