Petitioners have applied for transfer on mutual ground on Utsashree Portal and prayer is made for consideration of their mutual transfer application. It is submitted in reference to a document at page 22 of the writ petition that after transfer applications were made on Utsashree Portal issue was forwarded to the West Bengal Board of Primary Education through portal for taking decision. However, till date mutual transfer application has not been decided.

It is also submitted that in prescribed proforma particulars of the petitioners have been disclosed.

Respondents are represented by learned advocates who have submitted that mutual transfer application needs to be decided by the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

State respondents are directed to forward particulars of the petitioners in prescribed proforma by fortnight from the date of communication of this order. On receipt of particulars of the petitioners in prescribed proforma from the State respondents, Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education being respondent no. 4 is directed to decide mutual transfer application of the petitioners by 6 (six) weeks thereafter. Decision to be taken by the respondent no. 4 shall be communicated to the petitioners by fortnight thereafter.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
