Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application chargesheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court in connection with Belgharia P. S. Case No. 514 of 2022 dated 13-10-2022. As the charge-sheet has already been submitted, petitioner is granted opportunity to take up all the points canvassed in the revisional application at the stage of consideration of charges. If so advised, petitioner would be at liberty to take out an application under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned trial court will consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any observations made by this court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1862 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently hereby disposed of.
