Mr. Basu, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is not inclined to proceed with the instant revisional application.

The learned advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2 submits that earlier, the petitioner has not pressed his application for anticipatory bail before the learned Sessions Judge, Alipore.

The Investigating Officer of Bishnupur Police Station Case No. 211 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023 would immediately be in touch with the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour. The Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour would be monitoring the investigation including the factum of financial activities which have been carried out and how many persons have been defrauded by the present petitioner. The larger conspiracy involved would be taken into account by the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour and only on his endorsement, report under Section 173 of the Code of

Criminal Procedure would be filed before the jurisdictional court.

Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State would communicate this order both to the Investigating Officer of the case and the Superintendent of Police, Diamond Harbour.

Earlier on 06.07.2023, Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate, was directed to appear on behalf of the State. Inadvertently, the same has not been recorded in the contents of the order. However, he conducted the case and assisted the Court while passing the order. He is present in Court today and would communicate as directed above. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1863 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
