1. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Serampore, District-Hooghly, to dispose of Title Suit No.111 of 2023 expeditiously.

2. Learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner is suffering from cancer and a direction may be passed upon the learned trial Judge to dispose of the title suit expeditiously.

3. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to pass any direction to serve notice upon the opposite party. However, learned advocate on record for the petitioner shall be obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application upon the opposite party or upon the learned advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial Court.

4. From the order sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that 8th of September, 2025 is fixed for hearing of the injunction application and for filing of the written objection in the meantime.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is suffering from a deadly decease, the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 2nd Court, Serampore, District-Hooghly, is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of the injunction application expeditiously upon giving opportunity of hearing to respective parties. The learned trial Judge is requested to make an endeavour to dispose of all interlocutory applications as expeditiously as possible.

6. CO 1932 of 2025 is, thus, disposed of with the hope and trust that the learned trial Judge shall dispose of Title Suit No.111 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

7. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
