1. Mr. Debasis Banerjee, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the instant revisional application has become infructuous as opposite party/accused had already been acquitted of charge.

2. Mr. Soumik Ganguly, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.2 has filed one copy of the judgment showing order of acquittal of opposite party/accused, Arijit Chakraborty @ Babu from the case under Section 235(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The copy of the judgment be kept with the record.

3. Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
