1. This revisional application has been filed challenging the order of rejection dated 19.03.2015 against the prayer for discharging the accused under Section 239 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has already been convicted in the case involved in this revisional application and thereby the instant revisional application challenging the particular order of rejection dated 19.03.2015 becomes infructuous.

3. Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the C.B.I. is also present.

4. Considering all facts and circumstances, I find no reason to continue with this revisional application.

5. Accordingly, the revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.
