Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate appears and submits that inadvertently his name was not transcribed in the order dated September 2, 2021 though he appeared on behalf of the State respondents on that day. His name should be included after Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharyya in the array of names of learned advocates in the order dated September 2, 2021 Department is directed to correct the order dated September 2, 2021 by inserting name of Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh, learned advocate, after Ms. Chaitali Bhattacharya in place of Mr. Nirmal Kani Ghosh.

Urgent certified photostat copy of this order, if applied for, shall be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible on compliance of all necessary formalities.
