Sufficient grounds are available to explain the delay in filing the instant appeal.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Delay in filing of the appeal is condoned. 3.

Accordingly, CAN 2 of 2025 is allowed.

The appeal is directed against an order dated 26th November, 2024 passed by a Single Bench of this Court.

It is submitted fairly by Mr. Bikash Ranjan Bhattacharyya, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the appellants that in terms of the said impugned order, the appropriate authority has considered a representation and disposed of the same. The order has, therefore, been complied with.

The appellant has filed fresh writ petition challenging the said order passed by the authority concerned. All points urged in the instant appeal may also be urged by the appellants in the new writ petition being WPA 12132 of 2025.

With liberty reserved to the appellants as stated above, the instant appeal is disposed of. Consequently all connected pending applications, if any, are also disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
