None appears on behalf of the erstwhile Allahabad Bank now renamed as Indian Bank, the 6th respondent herein, despite service of notice.

The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent Authorities not to demand any amount from the petitioner for ESI Corporation on and from April 2008 till date.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the writ petition be treated as representation and forwarded to the 6th respondent for consideration of the same on merits after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

Such innocuous prayer of the petitioner may be allowed.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to treat the writ petition as a representation submitted before it by the petitioner and consider and dispose of the same within one month from the date of communication of this order after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Copy of the writ petition along with copy of this order be communicated by the petitioner to the 6th respondent at the earliest.

With such observations and directions, W.P.A. 12875 of 2021 is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
