Mr. Sanat Kumar Roy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has pointed out two typographical mistakes in this Court's previous order dated June 12, 2024. Let the necessary correction be corrected and read in the following manner:- (i). In the 3rd paragraph of the first page of the order dated June 12, 2024, "September 4, 2024", be substituted with "September 4, 2014".

(ii). In the 4th para of first page of this Court's order dated June 12, 2024 "Mr. De learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioner", be substituted with "Mr. De learned advocate appearing for the State respondent".

Let the corrections as above be incorporated. Let this order form part and parcel of the earlier order of this Court, dated June 12, 2024.
