Records reveal that none appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 7th July, 2022 when the matter was last taken up for hearing. Today also none appears to represent the writ petitioner and no accommodation has been sought for though Mr. Pal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Eastern Coalfields Ltd. is present.

In view thereof, the writ petition is dismissed for default. However, without any order as to costs. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
