Mr. Prasenjit Denath ..for the petitioner Mr. Arindam Chattopadhyay Ms. Lipika Chatterjee ..for the State Md. Sarwar Jahan Ms. Sumita Sen ..for the Council The petitioner is directed to supply to the SubInspector of Schools following four documents:-
1. Joining Report
2. Medical Certificate issued by the appropriate authority supporting the period of leave
3. Medically Fit Certificate
4. Prayer for sanction of the leave On receiving such four documents the SubInspector of Schools shall take all steps in favour of the petitioner for allowing him quarantine leave and the consequential benefits attached to it.
The petitioner submits that the joining report is with the Head of the Institution.
Therefore, I direct him to submit a copy of the joining report and if he does not have any copy of the
joining report the Head of the Institution is directed to supply the petitioner a copy of the joining report so that he can attach this along with other documents. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
