Heard learned counsels for the parties.

I have considered the material on record.

It appears that the alleged incident of loan took place on 26th October, 2024. The complaint has been lodged on 21st January, 2025. Investigation is in progress. The petitioner responded to the notice issued upon him under Section 41(A) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In view of the material available on record and also the fact that the petitioner has been cooperating in investigation, this Court is inclined to hold that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary and he may be granted anticipatory bail. Accordingly in the event of arrest, the petitioner namely Prahllad Sikdar be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and

also subject to the conditions laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. The petitioner shall appear before the learned jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within two weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail is disposed of. Case Diary be returned.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
