It appears that the Officer-in-Charge, Jangipara Police Station has filed a report disclosing that the petitioners have declared that the matter has been settled amicably with the villagers and the petitioners have already entered into their house.

It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested to pursue the present case and are repeatedly praying for adjournment.

No further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.
