The report filed by the aforesaid police station supported by a true copy of the judgment dated 21st August, 2013 passed by the 5th Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Malda in Sessions Trial No. 46 of 2011 and Sessions Case No. 156 of 2010 has been disposed of, whereby the accused persons have been acquitted of the charges as per the provision of Section 235(1) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the trial court for immediate compliance.
