Mr. Das, learned senior advocate appearing for 09.12.25 Sl-03 Ct.551 (S.R.) the petitioner submits, on instructions, that as there are certain omissions and defects in the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. He hands up to Court a copy of a letter dated December 12, 2025 written by the petitioner to the learned advocate-on-record for the petitioner, in such regard. The same is taken on record.

2. Respondents are represented.

3. As prayed for, WPA 11932 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh, in accordance with law.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible.
