Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there are some technical difficulties in the instant writ petition and prays leave to withdraw the same with liberty to file afresh. As prayed for, WPA 12253 of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed without any order as to costs.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action.
