When this matter was taken up in the morning, learned Advocate for the State pointed out that the petitioner has suppressed that his prayer for bail was rejected as recently as on August 31, 2021 in CRM No.1399 of 2021. Since a copy of the order was not immediately available, we posted this matter to be taken up at 2 p.m.

Now, we have seen a copy of the order. The petitioner has tried to indulge in sharp practice. He has suppressed material fact from this Court. In view of such dishonest conduct of the petitioner, we are not inclined even to consider this application for bail.
