An application being CRAN 1 of 2024 has been filed for recalling the order dated 06.02.2024 passed by this Court. State has submitted a report which reflects that the present status of the case as per report received from the Inspector-in-Charge, Rabindranagar Police Station dated 03.04.2025 is that date for arguments was fixed in connection with ST No. 2(10)12 on 04.04.2025. More than four months have passed since arguments have commenced in the case. Having regard to the same, I am of the view that the order earlier passed by this Court do not call for any further interference.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed.

Report submitted on behalf of the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
