It is submitted there was a dispute over fencing. In the course of quarrel, the incident occurred.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on. Petitioner had pressed the victim with a bamboo against wall. As a result, victim had died due to throttling.

In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
