Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary, particularly, the medical report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the victim girl. He submits that the victim is a deaf and dumb. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code and the medical report and considering the complicity of the petitioner and in view of the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 5376 of 2021 is dismissed.
