2) It emanates from the prayer couched in the writ petition that direction is sought for upon the concerned police authorities for taking steps based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

3) Learned advocate representing the State respondents has filed a communication dated 14th June, 2026 of Officer-in-Charge of Survey Park Police Station and same is taken on record. Copies of said communication are made over to learned advocates representing the petitioner and respondent no. 6.

4) It is disclosed in the communication dated 14th June, 2026 that based on the complaint of the petitioner criminal prosecution was initiated being Survey Park Police Station Case No. 101 dated 13th June, 2026 under certain provisions of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

5) In view of steps taken by the concerned police authority, at this stage no further order need be passed. 6) However, investigating agency is directed to take the criminal prosecution to its logical conclusion by submitting report before the jurisdictional magistrate. Concerned police authority is also directed to keep strict vigil.

7) Writ petition stands disposed of.

8) Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
