Petitioner has submitted a representation with all the superior officers which includes the Superintendent of Police, Barasat Police District as also others. In view of the representation so submitted, the Superintendent of Police, Barasat Police District would delegate the representation to an authorized officer in the rank of SDPO/Additional SP who would address the grievances expressed by the petitioners and arrive at its finding and thereafter communicate his conclusion and/or findings within a fortnight from the date of deciding the issue.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11921 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
