This Court finds that being aggrieved with the deletion of the name of the petitioner no. 2 in the voter list, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the SIR Appellate Tribunal and the same is pending before the SIR Appellate Tribunal.

Considering the urgency pleaded by the petitioners, the SIR Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider the

appeal filed by the petitioner no. 2 dated April 1, 206 and to dispose of the appeal as early as possible. 6.

WPA 12426 of 2026 is disposed of.
