Petitioner complains that the private respondents are creating obstruction and hindrance while he is raising construction in his own property. It is further complained that earlier there was a direction from the Hon'ble High Court, inspite of the private respondents are adamant in their activities. Learned advocate for the private respondents disputes the claim and submits that the property over which construction is being raised, is not the property of the petitioner.

So far as the issue relating to construction is concerned, petitioner would in the circumstances

obtain an appropriate order from the municipal authorities or the civil court concerned.

So far as the interference with the life and liberty is concerned, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace takes place and any untoward incident takes place at the behest of the petitioner or the private respondents in view of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 12258 of 2023 is disposed of.
