Petitioner being the de facto complainant is aggrieved by the fact that the warrant of arrest which was issued subsequent to the charge-sheet having been submitted before the jurisdictional court has till date not been executed.

In view of the nature of the prayers so advanced, I direct that the SDPO/Additional S.P.-inCharge of Marishda Police Station would monitor the execution of warrant of arrest if the same till date has not been executed. All efforts be put in by the superior officers of police and necessary directions be passed so that the delinquent can be forced to appear before the jurisdictional court concerned.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 12259 of 2023 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
