1. We have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw this appeal as well as the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the order passed under Section 148(A)(d) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 as well as the Assessment Order dated 31.03.2023 passed under Section 147 of the said Act.

3. The appeal as well as the writ petition stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to challenge both the aforementioned orders.
