Santra.............for State This writ petition is filed, inter alia, praying for issuance of direction upon the concerned respondent authorities for allowing the petitioner to participate in the recruitment process initiated pursuance to the notification dated December 23, 2020 issued by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education.

Mr. Naseeb Khanjoy, Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner has qualified TET- 2014 and in support of the same the result of TET- 2014 which is annexed to this writ petition at page 29 is relied upon. But there is no averment in the writ petition that the writ petitioner pursuant to the said

notification dated December 23, 2020 has applied for her participation in the selection process.

Mr. Biswas, learned advocate appears on behalf of the West Bengal Board of Primary Education submits that the selection process pursuant to the said notification dated December 23, 2020 has already been completed and the appointment are being made in favoaur of the selected candidates who are empanelled.

It appears that the writ petition was filed on August 12, 2021 when the selection process for filling up the post of Assistant Teacher in Primary School was over and the final panel was prepared by the West Bengal Board of Primary Education. Therefore, at this belated stage no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
