The earlier condition so imposed by order dated May 19, 2023, was subsequently modified. However, learned Advocate for the applicant/petitioner submits that the same could not be complied with by the petitioner till date as the petitioner is still is custody.

Having considered the same, the order dated May 19, 2023 in CRM (SB) 100 of 2023 is further modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with two sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twnety Five Thousand) each and the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas. The petitioner would inform his place of residence to the Officer-in-Charge of Lake Town Police Station and would continue meeting with the Investigating Officer of CID till conclusion of the investigation of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, the application being IA No: CRAN/2/2023 is disposed of.
