The genesis of M. P Case No. 183 of 2023 and the date on which the provisions have been invoked have lost its existence with passage of time. Accordingly, the revisional application so filed is also not maintainable. Considering the nature of the disputes, the parties would be at liberty to approach different forum for exhausing the remedies or addressing their grievance.

M. P. Case No. 180 of 2023 will be deemed to be dismissed. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1932 of 2024 is disposed of.
