After the order passed on 30th June, 2022, the petitioner has got no objection certificate and recommendation has also been issued by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission and joining date is 12th August, 2022. The present school of the petitioner will send all the necessary papers and the provident fund amount to the school where the petitioner will be transferred within a period of three months from his joining in the new school.

In such a situation, there is no other dispute which is required to be adjudicated by this court and the matter is disposed of.
