Considering the fact that the police case is of 2017 and considering the fact that charge-sheet in respect thereof was filed in 2019 and considering the fact that the claim of ignorance of the police case is without substance as the son of the petitioner was taken into custody in the police case and considering the long absconsion of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 2985 of 2022 is dismissed.
