1. The applicant, appearing in person has filed this contempt application alleging disobedience of the order of status quo granted by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Alipore in T.S. No. 27 of 2023 dated 10th January, 2023.

2. The applicant would admit that already Misc. Case No. 35 of 2023 has been filed under Order 39 Rule 2A C.P.C. to punish the respondents for violating the order of status quo. The grievance of the applicant is that the Misc. Case is not being taken up by the concerned Court.

3. In the light of the above, this contempt application is disposed of with a direction upon the Civil Judge (Senior Division), 1st Court at Alipore to take up for hearing Misc. Case No. 35 of 2023 and after hearing both the parties, the Civil Judge shall endeavour to pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible but preferably within a period of four weeks from the

date on which the server copy of this order cis filed before the concerned Court.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
