The petitioner has sought quashing of proceeding of G.R. case no.3275 of 2023 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. It is submitted on behalf of the State that in the meantime final report has been submitted on 16th March, 2024 before the learned Magistrate seeking discharge of the accused/petitioner. In view of the above, the application, being CRR 1935 of 2024 has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of. As a consequence, the application, being CRAN 1 of 2024 is also disposed of.
