This revisional application challenges the order passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Kalyani, Nadia in the proceeding in G.R.Case No. 116 of 2006 corresponding to Chakdah Police Station Case No. 38 of 2006 under Section 498A/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard Mr. Shibaji Kr. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Madhusudan Sur along with Mr. Dipankar Pramanick, learned counsel representing the State.

It is submitted that the proceeding before the learned trial court has culminated into `an order of acquittal and this revisional application has become infructuous.

Taking note of such submission, I am inclined to dispose of the revisional application as "infructuous". (Siddhartha Roy Chowdhury, J)
