The victim deposed at the trial. Victim names the petitioner as one of the persons committing bad touch on her. Victim is a minor.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 2100 of 2023 is dismissed.
