Records reveal that initially an interim order was passed in favour of the original applicants on 12th May, 2026, till the next date of hearing. The matter was again heard on 18th May, 2026 and the interim order was extended till the next date of hearing.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners herein submits that the present application may be disposed of directing the learned Tribunal to hear out the entire matter as expeditiously as possible.

Das, learned advocate appearing for the applicants/respondents herein, submits that the next date has been fixed before the learned Tribunal on 6th July, 2026. He further informs this court that no vacating application has been filed by the petitioners in the original application. Upon extension of the interim order and after

the last order was passed on 18th May, 2026, the writ petition has been affirmed before this court on 8th June, 2026.

In the said conspectus, we are not inclined to interfere with the orders impugned in the present writ petition. The writ petition being WPCT 123 of 2026 is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioners would be at liberty to pray for expeditious disposal of the original application before the learned Tribunal.
