Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Considering the fact that the police complaint is dated July 19, 2019 and considering the long period of absconsion of the petitioner, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein as transpiring from the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 2989 of 2022 is dismissed.
