This application is being called on repeated occasions. However, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner or for the State on any occasion. The application was filed in the year 2007 for cancellation of bail. None apprises this Court relating to the present stage of the case.

Having regard to the passage of time which has passed in the meantime, I am of the opinion that the prayer so advanced has lost its force.

Accordingly, CRM 5070 of 2007 is dismissed.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
