The petitioner alleges that the private respondents along with other antisocial has been obstructing in peaceful enjoyment of his property. To that effect, information was furnished with the Officer-in-Charge, Sonarpur Police Station.
Learned advocate appearing for the Staterespondents submits that a police case was registered pursuant to the information furnished by the petitioner and the respondents surrendered before the court and have been released on bail. In view of the nature of accusations made, I direct the police authorities that in case the dispute and difference between the petitioner and the private respondents are blown out of proportion, the police authorities would dissuade the same and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place at the locale and/or any untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship
existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 13267 of 2024 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
