We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the husband of the victim lady. Victim suffered homicidal death. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected on merits in April 2023. There is no change in circumstance since then.

Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
